Otis App & Web - Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Otis App (web and mobile), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Otis is an AI-powered presentation builder that allows users to generate, edit, save, and export slide decks using natural language prompts. Our services include:

• AI slide generation based on user prompts
• Slide editor with customizable templates
• Export options (PDF, PPTX, Web link)
• Account and subscription management

3. User Accounts

To access core features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account access with others.

4. Subscription and Billing

Otis operates on a freemium model. Some features require a paid subscription, which can be purchased through Stripe (Web) or in-app purchases (Mobile). Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse our AI system to generate inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our platform
