How do I cancel my subscription?

Common Issues & Solutions
Apple Sign In not working
Solution: Make sure you're signed into your Apple ID in Settings. If the issue persists, try signing out and back into your Apple ID, then restart the app. For iPad users, ensure you're using the latest version of iPadOS.
AI generation is slow
Solution: Check your internet connection. AI generation requires a stable connection. For faster results, try using shorter, more specific prompts. Premium plans have priority processing.
Can't export presentations
Solution: Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device. For PDF exports, allow the app to access your Files app. If using cloud storage, make sure you're signed into iCloud.
App crashes on launch
Solution: Force close the app and restart it. If the problem continues, try restarting your device. Make sure you have the latest version of OTIS installed from the App Store.
Templates not loading
